The Skate Documentary

In the skating documentary, we are presented with a poetic documentary which focuses on skating and the culture surrounding skateboarding, skaters and skateparks.

There are notable elements which make The Skate Documentary a poetic documentary, such as slow motion shots, narration and pronounced and atmospheric music.


The Rising Power Of Social Media Influencers

In this documentary, we take a look at influencers and their presence on social media. This documentary is observational, as the producers of the documentary take a look into the lives and careers of influencers. There are an array of images from social media which are used to provide an insight into the work done by influencers to of course, influence their audience and perhaps sell a brand.


The Battle of Grunwald

Created by one of our own students at Strode, The Battle of Grunwald is a historic look at The Battle of Grunwald which was fought on 15th July 1410 during the Polish-Lithuanian-Teutonic War. The student/presenter gives a recollection of events, using pictures of maps and videos from recreations of the war and its participants which highlight the recollective-observational conventions of the documentary.
